1. PREZIVJELE ZRTVE GENOCIDA ZAHTIJEVAJU DA REIS-UL-ULEMA MUSTAFA CERIC NE KLANJA DZENAZU
Na sastanku organizacionog odbora za obiljezavanje 15-te godisnjice genocida u Srebreneci koji je odrzan 13. maja 2010, gospodin Hakija Meholjic je ispostavio zahtjev da se reis-ul-ulemi efendiji Mustafi Cericu ne dozvoli da klanja dzenazu (vjerski obred) prilikom sahrane posmrtnih ostataka zrtava genocida koja je planirana za 11. juli 2010. u sklopu programa obiljezavanja godisnjice Genocida u Srebrenici. Gospodin Meholjic je bio izricit u svom zahtjevu sa odlucnim stavom da ne moze dozvoliti da dzenazu njegovim najmilijim klanja covjek koji se nalazi na spisku saradnika Kontra-obavjestajne sluzbe (KOS) Jugoslavenske narodne armije (JNA) koja je bila glavni pocinilac genocida u Srebrenici.
Sasatank organizacionog odbora je odrazan u prisustvu sredstava informisanja i predstavnika nekoliko udruzenja prezivjelih zrtava genocida u Srebrenici.
Gospodin Hakija Meholjic, i sam prezivjela zrtva genocida, treba da sahrani posmrtne ostatke svog oca Husejna Mehiljica i brata Sakiba Meholjica na dzenazi koja je planirana za 11. juli 2010. Dokaz o strahotama kojima su bile izlozene zrtve genocida je i to da u tabutu Husejna Meholjica pripremljenom za sahranu nema glave, nema kostiju grudnog kosa, kostiju jedne ruke i nema stopala. Kosti su pokupljene iz razlicih jama u koje su bacani iskomadani dijelovi tijela zrtava genocida.
Zahtjev gospodina Hakije Meholjica da se ne dozvoli da reis-ul-ulema efendija Mustafa Ceric klanja dzenazu zrtvama genocida su podrzali predstavnici udruzenja zrtava genocida “Majke Srebrenice i Podrinja”. Predstavnici “Majke Srebrenice i Podrinja” su prosirili zahtjev na sve imame Islamske vjerske zajednice Bosne i Hercegovine za koje postoje dokazi da su bili u sluzbi zloglasnog KOS-a Jugoslovenske Narodne Armije.
Internacionalni sud pravde je 26. februara 2007. godine svojom pravosnažnom presudom u predmetu Bosna i Hercegovina protiv Srbije i Crne Gore proglasio Srbiju krivom za zlocin nesprjecavanja genocida u Srebrenici. U presudi stoji: „Srbija je prekršila obavezu da sprijeci genocid na što je bila obavezna na osnovu Konvencije o sprjecavanju i kažnjavanju zlocina genocida, koji se odnosi na genocid pocinjen u Srebrenici u julu 1995. godine.” Sud je potvrdio da su genocid u Srebrenici pocinile vlasti i institucije „Republike Srpske”, posebno Vojska (VRS) i Policija (MUP) „Republike Srpske” i da je Srbija imala obavezu da to sprijeci.
Podsjecamo da je Savjet Sigurnosti UN u svojim rezolucijama broj 752 i 757 iz 1992. godine proglasio Srbiju, Crnu Goru i JNA agresorima na Republiku Bosnu i Hercegovinu. Tada su Srbiji i Crnoj gori bile uvedene ekonomske i politicke sankcije kao kazna za agresiju.
Svi imami koji su saradjivali sa KOS-om JNA su suucesnici u agresiji Srbije na Republiku BiH i snose odgovornost za genocid pocinjen u Srebrenici.
Internet portal JAVNO: http://www.javno.ba/javno-teme/javno-na-javno-ba-novinari-udbasi.html je ovih dana došao u posjed dokumentacije vezane za saradnike nekadasnje UDB-e (Uprava državne bezbjednosti), tj. tajne civilne policije, sestrinske organizacija sa KOS-om u realizaciji velikosrpskog projekta. Na spisku saradnika UDB-e je i ime efendije Mustafe Cerica, sa kodnim imenom "Vezir". Imena mnogih imama Islamske vjerske zajednice ukljucujuci i dokumente koji potvrdjuju njihovu saradnju sa UDB-om mogu se naci u knjizi, kolekciji dokumenata UDB-e,: "CUVARI JUGOSLAVIJE - SURADNCI UDBE U BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI - MUSLIMANI", Ivan Beslic, Posusje, Bosna i Hercegovina, 2003.

2. SURVIVORS OF GENOCIDE IN SREBRENICA DEMAND THAT GRAND MUFTI MUSTAFA CERIC SHOULD NOT LEAD THE FUNERAL (THE JANAZAH ) PRAYER FOR VICTIMS OF GENOCIDE
On May 13, 2010, at the meeting of the Organizing Board for Commemoration of the 15th Anniversary of Genocide in Srebrenica scheduled for July 11, 2010, Mr. Hakija Meholjic, a survivor of the Genocide, submitted a request to the Organizing Board that Mustafa Ceric, the Grand Mufti (reis-ul-ulema) of Bosnia-Herzegovina, should not lead the Janazah prayer for the remains of the victims of genocide. The burial of the remains of the victims of genocide at Memorial Center in Potocari, Srebrenica takes place every year on July 11th as an integral part of the Commemoration of the victims of the Genocide in Srebrenica.
Mr. Meholjic was resolute in his decision that he would not allow that a man whose name is on a list of documented collaborators of the Secret Service (Kontra-obavjestajna sluzba, KOS) of Yugoslavian Peoples Army (JNA), which was instrumental in the genocide in Srebrenica, to lead the Janazah prayer for his brother and father.
Media and representatives of several associations of the victims of genocide were present at the meeting of the Organizing Board on May 13, 2010. Mr. Meholjic, a survivor of the genocide himself, needs to bury remains of his father Husejn Meholjic and remains of his brother Sakib Meholjic on July 11, 2010. An evidence of horror to which the victims of genocide were put through is the fact that most of the bones of his father are missing; head is missing, chest bones are missing, one arm is missing, and feet bones are missing. The bones were collected from several “mass graves” (ditches) in which dismembered bodies of victims were dumped and covered by dirt.
Representatives of the Association of Mothers of Srebrenica and Podrinje gave their full support to the request of Mr. Meholjic that Mustafa Ceric, the Grand Mufti (reis-ul-ulema) of Bosnia-Herzegovina should not lead the Janazah prayer to the victims of genocide. They extended the request to all imams of the Islamic Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina whose collaboration with the Secret Service (Kontra-obavjestajna sluzba, KOS) of Yugoslavian Peoples Army (JNA) was documented.
The International Court of Justice, on February 26, 2007, in its legally binding judgment in the case of Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and Montenegro „Finds that Serbia has violated the obligation to prevent genocide, under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in respect of the genocide that occurred in Srebrenica in July 1995.” The Court ruled that genocide in Srebrenica was committed by the government and institutions of “Republika Srpska” and specifically the Army (VRS) and Police (MUP) of „Republika Srpska” and that Serbia had an obligation to prevent the genocide.
In 1992, the Security Council of the United Nations adopted Resolutions 752 and 757 which designated rump Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and Yugoslavian Peoples Army (JNA) as aggressors on Republic Bosnia and Herzegovina. Based on these resolutions, Serbia and Montenegro were punished by severe economic embargo and finally they lost their membership in the United Nations.
Therefore, any imam who was agent of secret services associated with Serbia and Yugoslavian Peoples Army is responsible for the genocide in Srebrenica.
Recently, Internet site JAVNO: http://www.javno.ba/javno-teme/javno-na-javno-ba-novinari-udbasi.html came into possession of files with names and responsibilities of many civilian secret agents of the National Security Agency (Uprava drzavne bezbjednosti – UDB-a) under control of Serbia, a sister organization with the Secret Service (Kontra-obavjestajna sluzba, KOS) of Yugoslavian Peoples Army (JNA) with the same goal of creation of Greater Serbia. A name of Mustafa Ceric was on UDB list with code name “Vezir”. Names of a number of imams who are today members of Islamic Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including copies of documents for each imam with description of activities and responsibilities as UDB-a agents are collected in a book entitled “Guardians of Yugoslavia – Collaborators of UDB-a in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Muslims,” Ivan Beslic, Posusje, Bosna i Hercegovina, 2003 (Original title: CUVARI JUGOSLAVIJE – SURADNICI UDBE U BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI – MUSLIMANI)
